Why Are Abhishek And Farah Khan Making Fun Of Ranveer?

Abhishek Bachchan graced KJo’s Koffee with Karan with his presence recently.

And giving him company, all set to guffaw at his jokes, was Farah Khan. Abhi stars in Farah’s new film Happy New Year and the two have been working together for quite a while now. It looks like the duo have developed quite a sparkling rapport out there. As they ensconced themselves on the couch, it was pretty evident from the promos that the two are in some real ‘mocking and gossiping’ mood. The glint of mischief in their eyes says it all.

Karan in his usual oh-so-sophisticated tone, asked Farah if Ranveer’s oily body in Ram Leela worked with her or not, and Ms Khan – the diva that she is – puckered her lips in distaste and said that the oil makes it too slippery to do anything.

That statement made Johar roll his eyes scandalously, and shift his gaze strategically towards Abhishek, who seemed more than eager to answer Johar’s question. He said that he is in awe of Singh’s body in Ram Leela.

And just to add the much needed masala to his confession, he added, “I would die if my director asked me to shave my chest for a film, as my mother has always taught me that don’t trust a man with no hair on his chest.” Sigh! What is Abhi trying to say here, does he doubt Ranveer’s sexual orientation or he’s simply throwing these subtle hints to Deepika to stay away from the energetic dude?

Well, seems like neither AB nor Farah are too fond of Ranveer. They are mocking the poor lad on national television, making a big deal of his clean –shaven chest.

Now, you may guess Karan’s next question should have been to Abhi, asking him how long he thinks he will take, to achieve a bod like Ranveer. In our heads, we are thinking ‘forever’.

I am totally looking forward to watch this episode on Sunday. Let’s see if these ‘partner in crimes’ are just taking a dig at RS, or there are many more names lined up in their ‘bullying list’.
