As Khatron Ke Khiladi reaches a whole new level of ‘dangerous’ with every episode, the contestants are seen losing their mind out of anxiety and nervousness. One of them is Gauhar Khan. So in last night’s episode, there was a task in which the contestants had to battle the deluge of creepy crawlies thrown at them. The chosen contestants for the task were Rochelle and Gauhar who had to perform the task along with their respective partners Kushal and Rajneesh. While the girls were shut in a dark coffin-like thing and left to deal with the cockroaches and crickets crawling on their bodies on their own, their partners had to open a couple of locks as fast as they could, as their speed would ensure their team mate’s freedom from those hideous creatures.
Coming to the point, why am I calling Gauhar a cry baby? Well, while doing the task, it was of course understandable that she’s petrified to the core. But the kind of huge hue and cry she created was very theatrical and over-the-top. Even Rochelle was scared of doing the task, but she took it easy and kept an arm’s length from a ‘drama queen’ kinda behaviour. Gauhar somehow loves creating s scene; we have seen her doing that in Bigg Boss, she has a tendency to go a tad overboard with her histrionics.
If you overlook Guhar’s infuriating act, it was a pretty interesting episode. Rohit Shetty introduced two new contestants –Karanvir Bohra and his wife Teejay Sidhu – who seemed all geared up to get a taste of adventure on the show.
Ranvir continues entertaining everyone with his silly jokes and Mugdha as always cries at the drop of a hat. The contestants are having the toughest time of their lives in a beautiful place like Cape Town and nothing can be more ironical than that.
