Actress Gulfam Khan will soon join the cast of TV show “Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon”. She will play the role of a choreographer.
The 41-year-old will be seen supporting the show’s protagonist Madhubala like a mother figure. The actress has already started shooting for the part.
“I am playing the role of a choreographer. The character will support Madhubala (played by Drashti Dhami) on the show,” Gulfam told IANS.
Gulfam has earlier been part of shows like “R.K. Laxman Ki Duniya” and “Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein”.
She is excited about being a part of “Madhubala…”, which airs on Colors.
“The show is very popular. It’s a good role and I am sure people would love to see me as a choreographer,” she said.
The show also features actor Vivian D’Sena in a key role.
