The cops said that the video is released by unidentified people. Since there are huge chances of the video being morphed, the cops are making sure that they verify the real footage before jumping to conclusions. The Lonavala police has got in touch with the makers of the show and requested them to show the actual video recording.
BJP supporters are highly agitated with Ajaz’s comment. The case against Ajaz was filed by BJP MLA Gopal Shetty.
There was apparently a scene on the show in which the contstants were discussing politics. Most of them were BJP supporters excluding Ajaz, who as per a source, directed slings and arrows at Modi while having the conversation with the housemates.
Ajaz has always been under the scanner for his politically incorrect statements. The actor will probably think twice before talking politics now on national television. He should know by now that resorting to ‘freedom of expression’ costs you dear in a country like India.
