But, being a Punjabi, I have always seen my family eating heavy paranthas for breakfast. I have seen variety of paranthas and I love to follow all my traditions, whether it is about dressing or rituals but when it comes to health, I am kind of different. On one side my grandparents and parents start their morning with heavy buttery paranthas and I find some healthy food to stay fit. What if I told you that this breakfast can help you to stay fit and keep you away from fat?

  1. Spinach

This Green veggie is rich in water, antioxidants, vitamins k and minerals all find in one veggie. It is low in calories but high in fibers. Spinach is a super food because one cup of it can make you feel fuller. It acts as a fat cutter and also helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.

  1. Cabbage

Cabbage is the most effective fat burner veggie and found almost everywhere. This leafy ball is high in fiber and low in calories and not only just help in weight loss but also promote blood purifier and to get glowing skin. So, if you too want glowing skin and fit body lets hop to the cabbage while eating breakfast.

  1. Eggs

Eggs are the richest source of proteins and give us another nutrient also which help you to keep yourself satisfied for a longer period of time. Two large eggs till three weeks can help you to reduce fat from your waist and make you naturally skinny. You can reduce your fat and stay healthy by adding eggs to your breakfast.
