According to a research conducted by COTTON USA, an internationally licensed trademark for quality US cotton-rich products, women don’t like men in formal or fancy attires, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
It was found over half of women branded leather trousers as a big turn-off. Even the skinny jeans phenomenon is not popular with women, as over one in four of women claim tight trousers are a huge no-no.
As many as 36 percent of women are more attracted to men who keep it casual with jeans on the first date, signifying a relaxed sense of style.
“The research shows that although trends in fashion change all the time, a classic look made from quality fabric will never go out of style,” said Stephanie Thiers-Ratcliffe, international marketing manager, COTTON USA.
“An outfit like a shirt and denim jeans made with US cotton will not only last for a long time but will also help men clinch that all important second date,” she added.
