Grapevine has it, Yamaha MT-03 will be launched in India this Diwali because the company thinks that the festive season will be the best possible time to launch the bike. MT-03 was first seen at EICMA in Italy which will be soon launched in the country. This model includes single headlight unit as well as a relaxed bar type handlebar. It will have a 321 cc, Liquid Cooled Engine, Maximum power 41.1 bhp @10750rpm, maximum torque is 29.6 Nm @9000 rpm. There will be 2 cylinders in the bike with 6 speed gearbox, the seat height will be 780 mm and ground clearance would be 160 mm.
Royal Enfield 650 Continental, Interceptor:
Royal Enfield will launch Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 in International markets and these two beasts will be launched in India by Diwali. The bike was showcased on November 2017 but the launch has been delayed by these months. In terms of engine specifications and mechanics, both the bikes will be identical but will serve the different segment of buyers. Interceptor 650 will give better performance in the streets while GT 650 will be a café racer. The former type will have a ride high of 650 and a fuel tank of 13.7 liters and the kerb weight will stand at 203 kgs. The GT 650 café racer will have a ride high of 790 mm with a 12.5 liter fuel tank and the total weight will be 199 kg.
TVS Zeppeline:
TVS company has lately announced its 220 cc single cylinder engine termed as TVS Zeppeline. This is a performance cruiser motorcycle and the main highlight of the same is its chunky, aggressive and vertically oriented rectangular LED regular headlamp, a gold 41mm USD fork and a dual channel anti-lock braking system. Furthermore, it has belt drive and monoshock followed by 1200 regenerative motor assist with a 48 V Li-lion battery. It also features a patented integrated starter generating system which comes with an e-boost option that starts the motorcycle with an augmented boost.
