Li Yajun surpassed a weightlifting world record at the Chinese National Games here Tuesday.
The athlete, who represents South China’s Guangdong Province, lifted 105 kg to surpass the world snatch record of 103 kg in the women’s 53 kg class, reports Xinhua.
The International Weightlifting Federation does not sanction world records set at the National Games.
