This noble cause by the name of ‘Ek Asha’ got launched in Patel Nagar in Delhi on the 31^st of July this year.

The 35 year old cricketer has gifted India that platform which ensures that no one should sleep hungry. Gautam Gambhir was present in person on the first day and he did take to social media to share this noble cause with his innumerable fans and followers that comes with the following message,

He had further posted a picture on the social media where he is seen serving food to the under privileged with the message, “Compassion in my heart, a plate in my hand & a prayer on my lips ‘No one should sleep hungry’.”

‘Ek Asha’ is scheduled to give free food to the poor from 1:00pm to 3:00 pm every day to ensure that the problem of hunger gets reduced to a certain degree effectively. Gautam Gambhir did win a million of hearts with this amazing philanthropic step that has made the world respect him a lot more.

Bless u!” In response, Gambhir tweeted, “Many thanks Bhai, u r constantly with me in each & every helping dat GGF offers… learnt a lot from u about being generous yet humble.”
