Living in a city like Mumbai, aged 24, committed and still no party plans for the New Year Eve??
Are you serious? Dude… Trust me; you are seriously missing something badly in this life!
So today being the New Year’s Eve, I am hearing about #NYEPartyPlans questions from past one week.
What are your New Year Plans? What are you doing on 31st of December?
It’s like music to me now.
Why is it so necessary to have party plans on 31st?
I mean, it’s just a new day beginning. I don’t have a problem people partying but why to bug people out of it? What if the concerned person is not a party person?
I still remember how I spent my New Year Eves sometimes studying, sometimes watching some New Year show on T.V or sometimes simply sleeping! Yes you heard it right, sleeping. No, it is not that boring as it sounds. But yes this is the way I have spent my 31st Decembers till date. And will like to still continue with the tradition.
Party is fine, but people even have this superstition of kissing your partner at the stroke of midnight. And if you don’t do so then probably the year ahead might be full of problems in your relationships! Like seriously? How creative can people be?
Every year I have my set of friends right away from the site of celebration, one even from Goa and another from Ooty, wishing New Year and fretting about my poor partying and enjoying skills.
So my dear friends’ party hard or even harder. Welcome tthe New Year with atmost positivity, happiness and zeal. Hope this New Year brings the best for you in your life. And for me.. I hope I see a sun rise of the New Year at the beach!
Till then keep rocking and make sure you dont drink and drive!
