Getting good sleep for some is task for many.
Many enjoy spending sleepless nights by partying but later on they regret doing the same and have to deal with the dreaded disease of Insomnia.

1. You are always irritated and do not have half consciousness as you never had good night sleep.
You are irritated, your work is disrupted and deep commotion is already going in your head and of course you will have these conditions as you didn’t have the-best-thing-in-the world-sleep. It’s common nuisance faced by insomniacs.

From counting sheep to sleeping pills to getting sloshed you might have tried all the methods (even the bizarre ones).
3. Insomniacs become Coffee or Tea lovers.
The only way to not to fall sleep during the day is y having coffee and tea. People secretly think how one person can drink so much of coffee and tea.
4. You tell no sleep tales every day to others.
Relentless chants of how again you too didn’t have a sleep is now your morning ritual. One should avoid telling this same saga as people will soon avoid you too just like your sleep avoids you.
5. Lying and just watching the clock, ceiling and dark skies.
Every now and then you change sides to fall asleep and ultimately you stare to clock and get a shocking revelation that just 10 minutes had past. Then you think about those who says ‘there’s no time at all’ line.
6. Insomnia and other problems they bring… Phew!
By the crack of the dawn you have the worst mood, dreadful head ache and other body aches. It also open doors for severe diseases like obesity, depression and some get prone to heart diseases too. No doubt that their struggle is very hard and the pain is severe too.
7. You check phones or laptops to find out who could be awake to chat with you.
That’s the last resort taken by them but this try also goes in vain some times. Then some open laptop and for shopping or window shopping which later theyhave no idea of.
8. As soon as you sleep, some body or something will be there to make you awake instantly.
The moment you close your eyes you get distracted by other sounds or things and by end of night you are awake.
