Rahul Gandhi: The Prime Minister Of His Dream World

Rahul Gandhi lives in his magical dream world where he can do anything and be anything. One where he does not have to attend a Parliament or be booed for sleeping inside it.

Rahul Gandhi has such innocence around him that you cannot hate him whole-heartedly.

Wait a minute! Naah. It’s dumbness.

The Baba of Congress lives in his magical dream world where he can do anything and be anything. One where he does not have to attend a Parliament or be booed for sleeping inside it; where he does not have to stop smiling in the gravest of the situation; one where he is the Prime Minister and all the people – specially whom he does not like – abide by his rules.

We all agree that when Prime Minister was launching the Mars Orbiter Mission, Rahul was simply being proud of his Jupiter theory and thinking that he might have another shot at the PM post by offering people a ride to or even a home on Mars.

Rahul goes in on hiberation. He is nowhere to be found when people wish to see him. The Kashmiri boy was don’t-know-where when his brothers and sisters were facing the disastrous flood of the decade. or when the Pakistan was speaking openly about annexing hi homeland Kashmr. Maybe he was taking strolls in his world and praying for everyone.

Rahul is so kind that he keeps on giving us a peek into his dream world now and then.

Take for example, just yesterday; he called Prime Minister Narendra Modi “the leader of opposition”.

While addressing a rally in Mahad, Maharashtra, Rahul Baba said, “An opposition leader says nothing happened in the last 60 years. Their thinking is that only one man can take the country forward.”

Well, there are only two possible reasons for this blooper – one, Rahul is still on Lok Sabha campaign mode, and second, he won the Lok Sabha elections and is the Prime Minister of the country in his own world.

Now, the first assumption can be rejected for he spelled the name of Maharashtra CM Prithviraj Chavan correctly and knew that he was doing campaign for assembly elections. And this drives us to the second assumption.

But he came to his senses later on and realized that he was not in the Congress headquarter but on a podium in Maharashtra.

Rahul is so innocent, he expresses his desires silently. He wraps them around hundred words so to let his followers take the clue and work upon them.

While addressing the election rally, Rahul targeted Modi by saying that the Prime Minister (yes, this time he was correct) was “enjoying a swing with the Chinese President while thousands of their soldiers occupied our land in Ladakh.”

While the political correctedness of the statement can be debatable, one can easily figure out that Rahul wanted the swing for himself. Afterall, it was a shiny one.

Maybe the Congress party should arrange one for him where he sits and addresses his subjects for he is the Prime Minister of his own world.
