Both the devices derive their power from a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. While the T2 Ultra Dual’s processor ticks at a speed of 1.4 GHz, the Desire 816 equips itself with a 1.6 GHz processor.
The Xperia T2 Ultra Dual runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS and comes loaded with 1 GB of RAM, whereas, the Desire 816 operates on the latest Android 4.4.2 version and ships with 1.5 GB of RAM.
