Code named as Classic, Blackberry Q20 is the third device in the QWERTY line of Blackberry 10 handsets. Based on the feedback received from millions of Blackberry fanatics,
Recently unveiled at the MWC 2014, Blackberry Q20, the new flagship Smartphone from the house of Blackberry Ltd., is the first device in the ‘classic range,’ featuring a full QWERTY keyboard and the fresh Blackberry 10 OS.
The classic range is the manufacturer’s attempt to propel Blackberry 7 customers to move to Blackberry 10.
Further, the CEO of Blackberry Ltd. likes to call the phone ‘classic,’ as it brings back the configurations of a physical keyboard, hard navigation keys, and a small track pad, making it an ideal productivity tool for business customers.
Unlike its predecessor, Q10, which lacked these features, thus failing to attract the unswerving fans of Blackberry handsets, Q20 is all set to attack the mobile market with its magnificent performance in the domains of keyboard, email service, and battery life. The good news is that owing to its connectivity options and entertainment specs, the device is likely to lose its status of an enterprise-only Smartphone and will offer a consumer appeal as well.
Slated to hit the shelves in the second half of 2014, the exact specs of Blackberry Q20 are not yet available.
Based on rumors the specs are as follows:
