9 Struggles Of Being Too Emotionally Sensitive Person

The quote is very apt to relate to emotionally sensitive person. Sometimes H.S.P i.e. highly sensitive people are mostly misunderstood as over dramatic persons. They face so many struggles in their day to day life that no one can ever understand. One of the ironies aptly said by Augusto Cury that they suffer more but they love more and dream more as well.

  1. Getting high and low in life….daily!

HSP can’t do anything do this but accept the very fact of that they are made like this. Every day you deal with the extreme feelings of being too low or too high in life.

 

  1. Words kill you often…!

You are susceptible to pain by words just like any physical wound do! It is impossible for you to explain why words hurt you so much and often.

  1. Emotional, romantic dramas make your heart, knees, and each organ go weak!

This is one of the huge dilemmas of a sensitive person. You pretend to scratch your eyes or simply divert your mind so that you don’t end up showing your tears to everyone.

  1. You burst into tears when happy…. when sad… when you argue!

Cry baby is the middle name of you.  You get happy over small things and eventually make you cry too. You also feel sad on small issue and when you can’t out your anger that also makes you teary eyed.

  1. Acts of kindness moves you into pieces.

You get overwhelmed when you see any love and kindness towards destitute or anybody.

  1. Over analyse the situation…

Thinking beyond one could think on that particular situation is the common struggle. You keep on thinking till you satisfied to the core or just forgotten that topic because you have other thing to think about now.

  1. Mean comments makes you said easily….

When you read some comments which can you mad, irritated, sad, appalled all at a same time and sometime.

  1. You never ever able to say many things…

It’s hard for sensitive people to say many things especially saying no. One moment you feel like help the whole world and next moment you feel like disappearing from everywhere.

  1. DO NOT TAKE THINGS SO SERIOUSLY- People are tired telling you and you are tired listening to this sentence.

Friends and near dear ones always guide you or tell you how to be tough, how not to take things to the heart. Sometimes you just portray that you have chucked that topic but still deep down you are still thinking on it.

Bottom line is one should not feel bad or apologise for being open about their emotions. Let this be a sign that you strong enough to deal with it
