You will be proud of yourself after this! Take 300 gm of boneless chicken breast and cut it into medium-sized pieces.

Time to marinate the chicken now.

In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 3-4 finely chopped green chillies, 2 small finely chopped onions, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1-1/2 tsp vinegar, ¼tsp soy sauce, a pinch of black pepper, some coriander leaves and 2 tbsp of thick curd with the breast pieces. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 2-3 hours. Heat 4-5 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and drain the marinated liquid.

Put few chicken pieces and fry them for 3 minutes. Flip and fry them till golden brown. Heat the drained liquid sauce and pour it over the fried chicken pieces.

Time to arrange some cooked rice or flavored rice into the hot plate and add some salad to it. Serve with the chicken pieces and some mashed potatoes.

2 – Hot Garlic Chicken Sizzler

This one’s boneless too! Take 200 gm of chicken breast and cut into medium pieces.

To marinate the chicken, use 1 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, and salt for 2 hours. Fry them until golden brown after dipping them into ¾ cup of wheat flour and corn flour mix along with some water for dusting and coating.

For stir-fried veggies, cut French beans, carrots, green, red and yellow capsicum and some mushrooms into dices and fry them in some butter along with some salt and pepper. In another pan, cook some boiled noodles in ginger-garlic paste in olive oil and some pepper. In another pan, prepare a sauce for the fried chicken using chopped garlic in heated oil. Add schezwan sauce, chilli paste, vinegar and tomato puree. Cook for a minute. Add some water and when it comes to boil, add the fried chicken.

Heat a sizzler plate and place two cabbage leaves on it. Now sprinkle some sliced onions on to it and set stir-fried veggies over it. On another side, place the noodles and then add the chicken to the plate. Serve immediately!

You can also make your own version of pepper chicken for a different sizzler. Marinate the chicken breasts with some salt and black pepper powder. In some olive oil, cook the chicken pieces from both sides and set aside. You can stir-fry the veggies in pepper and some garlic paste. Add cherry tomatoes to it and set aside. Pour some brown sauce over the hot plate after putting the veggies, some French fries and buttered rive along with the chicken.
