1. Use as many stairs as possible
Whether it is at your home building or at work, ditch those lifts and escalators. Simply opt for stairs every time you have to go up or come down. It will provide ample of movement to your body and help your legs get toned.
2. Drink a lot of water
I am sure you have heard it a lot of times from many people and this is because drinking water actually helps your body in staying fit. Start with drinking at least 7-8 glasses of water every day and then move till 12-13 to achieve the right fitness goal.
3. Walk 5 minutes every time you have a meal
Relaxing right after having a meal makes that food collect in our stomach and create fat in specific areas like thighs, hips and tummy. But when you walk for a while after eating something, the fat doesn’t collect and you stay much healthier.
4. Ditch fast food
Eat as much as you want to but exclude fast food out of your diet. This won’t just help you in staying fit but healthy too because fast food is just good for taste and not for that waist.
5. Stretch yourself
Stretch your body whenever you have free time as it flexes your muscles and helps you in staying fit. Not just that, it also helps in removing fatigue and keeps you energetic whole day.
