Good night’s sleep:
As cliched as it sounds, nothing will banish those shadows than a good night’s sleep. Put in eight hours of great sleep and you’ll be far, far away from under eye circle and blackening. Good night’s sleep will also help in fighting acne and other skin-related problems.
Potato scrub:
Take a raw potato, slice it up and apply the juice all over your eyes. The regular usage of potato will lighten the shadows and give your skin a natural glow that creams won’t be able to do so. Repeat this procedure both in the morning and night for good results.
Double pillows:
Sometimes, the circles could be the result of vascular issues or blood building up under your eyes. To avoid this, use two pillows at night so your head is elevated and you get a sound sleep. The double pillow technique works well for those with neck problems too.
