Azmi, reportedly, want to hang women just for having sex!

According to a detailed report in Mid Day, Azmi believes in hanging the rapist but holds the victim woman equally responsible. To him, a woman reporting against rape or any indecency by men is just to ruin the honour of men.
“In India, if you have sex with a person with consent, it’s fine. But if that same person complains, it’s a problem. Nowadays, we see a lot of such cases. Girls complain when someone touches them, and even when someone doesn’t touch them. It becomes a problem then, and the man’s honour is ruined in this. If rape happens with or without consent, it should be punished as prescribed in Islam,” Azmi said.
If the statement was not much for the ‘Secularism’ chant of the party, Azmi went berserk like his missing buffalo and said that the solution to bring back men’s honour was to hang women just for having sex – with or without consent.
“Solution is this: any woman if, whether married or unmarried, goes along with a man, with or without her consent, should be hanged. Both should be hanged. It shouldn’t be allowed even if a woman goes by consent,” Azmi said.
Interestingly, Azmi’s son Farhan differs from his statement. Although he did not say much about his ‘women-hanging’ theory, and neither did comment on Mulayam Singh’s views on rape laws, he agreed that the rapists should be given death penalty.
“I believe a rapist should be hanged a hundred times. I have five sisters and everyone in my family believes the same,” Farhan said.
