Many people frown upon the concept of a person being shy.

Having a shy nature is not a crime.

Being introverted does not necessarily mean that you are socially awkward; all you need is some amount of time to come out of your shell.

Nevertheless, there are certain good experiences and forgetful moments that every shy person goes through in life. Below mentioned are a few of those –

Initial conversations with a new group can be awkward. When others realise that a particular individual is shy by nature, it generates a feeling of scepticism among them.

But again, this behaviour does not make them anti-social. It is important that others give them some amount of time to get used to the social circle.

 

Shy people are often seen as individuals, who do not gossip much or bitch about their personal problems. This makes them likeable and trustworthy of sorts. Gaining other people’s respect is not a daunting task for them.

 

They prefer having a pet as best friend rather than a human for the obvious reason that the animals cannot talk. Besides that, they are kind-hearted and genuinely like having pets.

 

Shy individuals like having people around who resemble their personality. Extroverts can try their level best to make them feel comfortable, but usually they fail.

 

When it comes to preference in music, they prefer listening to something soothing rather than rock metal. In their playlist, you may even find tunes that date back to Kishore Kumar and R.D. Burman days.

 

Shy people are often punctual and are renowned for taking care of everything – from preparing office presentations to writing a wedding toast. But when it comes to presenting, the experience induces anxiety.

 

They do not get annoyed often, but whenever that happens it is because of the chaos that surrounds them when they might actually do with some quiet and peace.
