Being workaholic is not in every individual’s nature, as some of them are excessively into their work and overly competitive.

Although bosses might admire the extra efforts and the competitiveness, it is the fellow colleagues that get pissed off.

Here are a few qualities displayed by workaholics that are bound to piss you off to great extents –

Being a workhorse and dedicated to achieve all targets, one of the first things that you notice about these people is that they never shut up about work. As a result, you are forced to interact with them on subjects that do not interest you much.

Even if you are a person, who does not work in their office, they will come and talk to you about how they spent their day. They will introduce names of the colleagues and mention their behaviours leaving you to connect the dots.

Workaholics make it a point to never take a day off from. In case this unfortunate instance befalls on them, you will anyway find them always online. They will message you time and again eager to know about events taking place at workplace.

While at work, they will always ask questions. ALWAYS!! Time and again, you will find them coming up with one query or another to which you may or might not have an answer.

These people even feel like working on holidays. You will see them complaining on a Friday or a Saturday about the weekend wherein they will just sit idly at home.

Quotes like “relaxing is for the weak” and “go getters never rest” are a common usage among them. This makes you feel really bad.

They even dream about work. Often times, they will come up to you and will speak about a dream that would start with “kal maine office wala sapna dekha”.

 

They pride in being the person they are. It does not matter whether you hate them or whether you are friends with them. They will achieve the targets within the set timeframe and gloat with pride.
