– The first thing that you need to do is buy carpets made of silk or wool as they are easy to clean and are resistant to soiling.
– Efficient carpet vacuuming works best using a vacuum cleaner with revolving bristle strips. Shedding is a common thing as far as wool carpets are concerned. Hence, gentle vacuuming should be done to get rid of all the loose bits of natural fibre on the surface.
– Spills and stains should be removed immediately.
