Use These Home Remedies For Saggy Breasts And Look More Sexy !

Every woman desires to have breasts that are just right in shape.

Some of ‘em are very possessive towards their breasts because there is a set of insecurity if the breasts are literally sagging.

Even though saggy breasts start occurring when a woman reaches 40, it can happen earlier in 20’s as well. In reality, it is quite natural -if you’ve any habit of smoking, suffering from tuberculosis, or say any increase and loss in your weight gain.

Our breasts are not muscles because they are made up of fatty tissues and glands so proper care must be taken of our overall health.

Hence, to maintain health and prevent saggy breasts use these home remedies:-

  1. Eat healthy

No matter what, health should never be ignored at all. If the body is failing to get any proteins then that can result into breasts sagging as well. So eat nutritionally healthy food e.g. vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage and also make sure to eat 2 tomatoes every-day.

  1. Massage with ice

Crush some ice and put ‘em into cloth; later massage with it all over your breasts. Doing so will help tighten your breast muscles but don’t overdo it. Keep doing it for about 1 minute and not more than that.

  1. Fenugreek

Fenugreek has certain vitamins that helps tighten the skin around the breasts and lifts it up. All you need to this is take at-least 1/4th cup of fenugreek powder and mix it up with water to make a thick paste.

Later, apply the paste around your breasts and keep it for about 20 minutes max. Later rinse it off with warm water and keep doing this at-least twice a week.

Aloe Vera gel can also fight and prevent the saggy breasts. Remove the gel from the aloe-Vera and apply it on your breasts and keep massaging for at-least 10 minutes. Later rinse it off with warm water.

Many people have got this habit of drinking water only when they are having food but stop doing it that way. If you’ve saggy breasts; make sure you drink more water because it heals and tighten the skin around breasts.

Make sure to drink boiled water.

Mix it all together and make a thick paste. Apply the paste all over your breasts and keep massaging the skin. Leave it for about 30 minute and later rinse it off with cold water.

Mix cucumber and egg mask altogether and make a paste. Once the paste is ready; keep it in the refrigerator overnight. Next day, apply the paste onto your breasts and cover it, keep massaging as well.

Leave it for about 20 minutes max and later rinse it off with cold water.

  1. Exercise

Exercise will also help you a lot to lift up your breasts. Keep exercising e.g. do push-ups or do the one with arm raise. In arm raise- Raise your hands up above your head and keep pushing your arms as much as possible.

Do it till 20 counts and do it at-least 10-12 times a day.
