It is a dream of every women to have shiny, thick, strong and long hair.

But how many of you are really having that long and strong hair? Not many of us and that is all because of the present lifestyle, eating habits, pollution and stress. But you have a wonderful solution to get relief from this stress, grow your hair faster and at the same time remain in shape and fit. Want to know how?

Then it is very simple and the solution is YOGA. Yoga is useful in many ways.

1 – Sirasasana

Sirasasana which means standing on your head. With the help of your hands, you should be able to balance your whole body on just your hands. This will help in blood flow to the scalp area and hence you will be able to see good results. You may not be able to do it for the first time, but as you keep practicing, you will be able to do it.

2 – Ustrasana

Ustrasana which means Camel Pose. If you have any idea about yoga, then you might have heard about it. As part of this yoga pose, you will have to kneel down on the floor and try to bend backwards. You should bend your spine in order to touch your ankle with your hands.

3 – Vajrasana

Vajrasana which is the diamond pose in Yoga. You will have to sit down on the floor. You should keep your knees under the thigh part and place both your hands on your thighs. You should take deep breathe in the position which helps in better digestion.

4 – Bhujangasana

Bhujangasana or the cobra pose. In this asana, you will have to lie down on the floor. You should lie down on the stomach. Place your arms on the floor and now lift your upper body and try to bend backwards.

5 – Pranayam

Pranayam is one of the best Yoga poses which is suitable for any kind of mental health issues in you.
