Smoothies don’t take a lot of time, you know, you can just wake up and blend some fruits, nuts and then you can enjoy your healthy smoothie. Isn’t that easy? Trust me; once you start making it, you’ll find it more easy and advantageous.
Well, in short, smoothies are excellent and it should always be a part of your breakfast. Don’t worry if you haven’t made any smoothie, cause’ I’ve listed some of the top smoothie recipes that’ll definitely help you live in a good shape.

Here’s what you need: 1 glass of coconut water, coconut, 1 cup full of fresh strawberries, 1 big Amla (Gooseberry), 3 blueberries and mint leaves.
Method: Put coconut, blueberries, strawberries and mint leaves into the blender. Remove the gooseberry seeds and put gooseberry into the blender too. Later, quick start the blender now. Now, put the coconut oil into it and spin it for about 3 seconds. Once everything is done, pour it in a glass and enjoy the smoothie.
Here’s what you need: Yogurt, 2 tomatoes, ½ teaspoon of salt cherry tomatoes and ½ teaspoon of dried basil.
Method: Add yogurt, tomatoes, dried basil and salt into the blender and spin it. It’ll mostly take 2 minutes to be smooth. Once it is done, pour it in a glass and enjoy it.

Method: Wash spinach and remove the stems, then add it into the blender, put cucumber too. Add salt and mint leaves too and start the blender. Remove it in a glass. Later add the juice of lemon and grinded cumin seeds into the smoothie and mix it well. Once it is done, enjoy it.
Here’s what you need: Pieces of green apply, ¼ avocado, salt, cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
