So you hate it when your stomach starts looking bigger, right? Personally, I hate it too.

Especially when you’re regularly exercising and following the healthy diet, still the bloating pops up and it’s kinda uncomfortable and mostly annoying. Well, I hate it because (obviously) I don’t like it but there’s more – Some people call me with names like “Food baby”. Yes!! Have you ever faced such terms? I’ll guess; you must’ve gone through it.

Well, I wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible and I started using the following remedies- Guess what? It worked.

So, if you’re getting annoyed with the same thing, here are the DIY remedies to help you reduce bloated belly.

  1. Triphala

Triphala – Baheda, Harad and Amla. It is said to be best as it keeps you away from any disease e.g. heart disease or even high blood pressure.

  • All you need to do is- Keep half filled cup of warm water ready, then mix the Triphala powder and even tablespoon of honey will do the magic.
  • Once it is ready, drink at night before sleeping and then early morning you’re good to go.

  1. Chamomile Tea

Early morning, drinking a cup of chamomile tea is a best way to detoxify the body. Chamomile contains effective properties in it that helps to deal with the gas.

  • Keep a cup of boiled water ready and add a chamomile tea bag into it.
  • Once everything is mixed altogether, add tablespoon of honey into it, to add a good taste. (Only if you want too)

  1. Fennel Seeds

Fennel helps a lot in relieving the digestion problems- like indigestion, heartburn and bloating is one of those.

  • After finishing meal, you can eat it directly.
  • Or- Crush some seeds and add ‘em into boiled water- once the mixture is done, drink the tea.

 

  1. Baking Soda

It is a good item that gives a quick relief from indigestion and bloating. Whenever you have an upset stomach, baking soda is always a good option.

  • Take a tablespoon of baking soda and mix it in a glass of water.
  • Once it is dissolved completely, drink it.

  1. Turmeric

Turmeric contains powerful medicinal properties and it prevents many diseases. It also controls cholesterol and also beats the diabetes problem. It also cures all the problems related to digestive system.

  • Take 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix it in boiled water.
  • Once the mixture is done, drink it.

  1. Bay Leaf

The leaf is highly considered a plant that contains a lot of health benefits. It is also symbolised as wisdom, peace, and protection. Therefore Bay leaf i.e. Tej Patta helps you prevent the bloating problem.

  • Boil some bay leaf in water.
  • Keep it for about 5 minutes and then strain it.
  • Once it is done, drink the juice quickly.
