7 Days Diet Plan – 

Day 1: You are recommended to only eat fruits on this day. You can eat as many fruits as you want apart from bananas.

Day 2: You are supposed to eat only boiled vegetables on this day. Eat more than one bowls full of vegetables should it be necessary but make sure there are no spices and oil is added to it. You can add salt and pepper for enhancing the taste.

Day 3: You are again recommended to eat fruits on this day and the rule is as same as day 1.

Day 4: You can eat up to 8 bananas on this day and drink skimmed milk to feel fuller for a longer period of time. A GM diet soup is also permitted on this day.

Day 5: Lots of meat and animal protein is permitted on this day but stay away from rice.

Day 6: On this day, you can eat both meat and vegetables.

Day 7: You are allowed to eat bot fruits and vegetables on this day. If you still feel hungry, you can eat brown rice but stay away from meat on this day.

7 Days Diet Plan is called general motor diet in which you are suggested to eat frequently in smaller quantities. The food should be home made and healthy.
