Maggi Mac & Cheese
Sounds heavenly right? This is one is actually out of this world. Heat one tablespoon butter in a pan and add 1 tbsp flour to it. Cook for about a minute. Now mix one and a half t, bsp of milk in the pan. Cook it until it becomes thick. Reduce the flame and add cheese. Put salt and stir it until the cheese melts. Simultaneously, boil Maggi in ½ cups of water. Add the noodles to the pan and cook for about a minute. Now enjoy this treat straight from heaven!
Broccoli Peanut Butter Maggi
We know it sounds like a weird combination but it’s NOT! For the dish, boil Maggi without the masala along with finely chopped broccoli. Keep the noodles a bit soupy. Now take them out in a bowl and add the Maggi masala. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter to the bowl. Top it with finely chopped green onions. You can also add red chilli sauce for some spice! Trust us, this dish is an entirely different experience!
Sunny-side Up Maggi
Egg lovers will die for this one. Chop an onion and fry it in 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Boil Maggi with the masala. In a bowl, mix 3 drops of sesame oil, white pepper, ½ tbsp of soy sauce and ½ tbsp of tomato ketchup along with salt. Add this sauce to the boiled Maggi and sprinkle the fried onions over it. Make a sunny-side up and put over the noodles. The delicious dish is ready to serve!
Saute Mushroom and Spinach Maggi
Tried and tested, this combination just cannot go wrong! Fry chopped onions with 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic. Add mushroom pieces and cook for a minute. Now add 1 tsp of soy sauce and white pepper and cook till mushrooms turn soft. Stir fry spinach in 1 finely minced garlic clove and 1 tsp of minced ginger. Add the mushroom mix and spinach to the noodles. Serve hot. Relish with pride!
Stir-fry Maggi
Yes you can make it just like the noodles. For the sauce, mix 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp peanut oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, broccoli and mushroom. Saute for a minute. Now add the boiled Maggi and pour the sauce over it. Toss well and you are ready to eat a bowl of yummy stir-fry Maggi!
