Recipe of the day: 10-minute dessert

Melted chocolate fused with whipped cream and topped with strawberry chunks.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: Two

What you need:

200g double cream
50g icing sugar
50g plain chocolate, broken into pieces
7-8 strawberries, cut into chunks

How to make:

1. Whisk cream and icing sugar together until softly peaked.
2. Melt chocolate in a bowl.
3. Drizzle over the cream and sugar mix and whip a few times.
4. Transfer contents into two small glass pots.
5. Add strawberry chunks and savour.  You can also refrigerate it for a while before serving.
