Serves: Two
What you need:
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 big cloves of garlic, chopped
1 big onion, finely sliced

1 capsicum, finely sliced
1 tsp balsamic vinegar, or ordinary vinegar
Red chilli powder, to taste

- One by one, add vinegar and sauces and mix well.
- Pour in some water, just enough to soak the macaroni. Close the lid. Let it whistle twice.
