3. Eggs Florentine
Eggs we all know are packed with rich nutrients. This egg based dish is another great morning meal.
Ingredients: Spinach, cheese, white sauce, boiled and sliced eggs, salt and butter.
How to prepare:
- Heat butter in a pan and add chopped spinach and salt.
- Cook the spinach and spread it out in a dish (microwave compatible) and sprinkle grated cheese over it.
- Place sliced eggs and white sauce.
- Place the dish in a pre heated oven for three to four minutes.
