2. Whole grain vegetable sandwich
Eat this sandwich which packed with nutrients so that your energy levels will be up throughout the day.
Ingredients: Brown Bread, tomatoes (blanched and peeled), onion (thinly sliced), cucumber (sliced), mayonnaise and salt & pepper.
How to prepare:
- Spread mayonnaise on another two slices of bread.
- Slightly sprinkle salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Place tomatoes, cucumber, onion and serve fresh.
PS. : You can add other veggies too.
