#4 Have A Good Sleep and DO NOT take stress
Many people have tendency to bloat if they do not have seven hour sleep as it slower your body metabolism. If you are one of them and not having right amount of GOOD sleep then you will fail to lose body and face fat.
Also it is vital for stressed out people to distress themselves at regular intervals. If you constantly take stress then it will harm your good night sleep. If you are stressed out then do work outs or any physical activity you like.
