Bollywood is an industry that is highly influential.

People from not only within the industry, but outsiders as well want to make it big and leave their mark.

To attain this name and fame, they seek to negative means like controversies and can even stab another person to climb the ladder and attain their position.

They use these controversies to their plus points, but these controversies also tend to create trouble in the paradise of married couples.

While some couples succumb to these useless controversies, there are some couples who are still going strong.

Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan

When Amitabh started off his career, the line of girls never ended. He was known to be a flirt; and seemed to have an affair with Praveen Babi. Although his affair with Rekha was the talk of the town, his marriage to Jaya came as a surprise. Their marriage worked out; because Jaya has always been a tough person in their marriage and controversies did not affect her as she ruled the marriage.

Shahrukh Khan and Gauri

Although their marriage was not approved by Gauri’s family, they were always known as the forever in love couple. But their marriage went through some rocky patche due to SRK’s close proximity with his colleagues – not only boys but also girls. He was in the news for having an affair with Karan Johar and Priyanka Chopra; but Gauri stood firm to her vows and paid no heed to the news doing the rounds about her husband.

Ajay Devgn and Kajol

This was one couple who did not make the mistake of being open about their relationship from days prior to Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Their marriage too was never in the news and they have kept their married life private and personal. He was the perfect husband and she the doting wife, hence their relationship lasted. Although a few years ago, rumour mills had it that Kangana Ranaut was interfering into their life and Kajol’s friendship with SRK did not go down well with Ajay; but all’s well in paradise due to their care a damn attitude of the rumours.

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna

The khiladi star was considered a flirt. He was always in the news when it came to having an affair with her co-stars. He was in a relationship with Priyanka Chopra, but that ended soon. He is known for loving his wife as well. But hats off to Twinkle – she didn’t let the marriage go off. She believed in commitment and that’s one of the main reasons they are still together.

Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao

Prior to Kiran, Aamir was married but that marriage failed to click. He later found solace in Kiran during the shoot of Lagaan. They are happily married and blessed with a son. Both are not very socially active people; but they are very intelligent and understand each other. This makes them click!
