After spending a season in the Mumbai line-up last year, the KXIP wasted no time in bringing getting the flashy all-rounder on board and look what he has brought to the plate. Maxwell has become a key player for the Punjab side and with the likes of Virender Sehwag, George Bailey and Miller in the side; their batting packs a power punch.
Aussie Maxwell is now the holder of the IPL Orange cap with 435 runs from seven games this season and sits on top of the table with CSK’s Dwayne Smith coming in second with 339 runs.
Now that the Maxwell has taken over, are there any ways to stop this Oz juggernaut?

The one point that differentiates the Aussies from the rest of the cricketing players is that the former are well versed at sledging! Yes, Maxwell has done it in the past as well (most notably against the Sri Lankans in the 2013). So if one is to stop the Maxwell juggernaut, simply tell him – you Aussies are as lazy like the Koala bears!
