K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce was established in 1974 by late Shri Parmanand Deepchand Hinduja who was a harmonious blend of philanthropy and mercantile activities. The institution functions under the guidance of the Hinduja Foundation which is a part of the Hinduja Group that was established in 1914.
K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce at the age of 36 years is a young and promising adult with well-defined goals and aspirations. The generous support extended by the Management, faculty, and the academic excellence of the students can be seen in the national and international high ratings in surveys. Hence the management at Hinduja College believes ‘Sky is not the limit’.
Courses
The graduate degree courses at Hinduja College include: B. Com( Regular), B.Com(Accounting & Finance), B.M.M.(Bachelor of Mass Media), Bachelor of Management Studies, B.Com(Financial Markets) and B.Sc. (I.T.)
The post graduate courses offered are: M.Com(Banking & Finance), M.Com(Accountancy), M.Com(Management), M.A.C.J. and M.A (Public Relations). A doctoral research(Ph.D) in Trade and Transport is also included in the curriculum.

Facilities
The Computer lab at Hinduja is equipped with the state of the art technology and is comparable to the best in the country. The college library possesses up-to-date standard books on all subjects of Commerce, besides good books of general interest. Also, the Electronic Lab is equipped with all the latest accessories used for the study of Microprocessor and Embedded Systems.
Other than the academic facilities, extra/co curricular facilities are also made avalable to the students in a wide range.The Gymkhana hosts events and occasions and the Health Centre provides free of cost treatment to teachers, non-teaching staff as well as students. It has the first aid facility in case of emergency.
As a part of recreational regime, sessions on the importance of Yoga, Stress Management, increasing concentration & Memory Power for the students are conducted at regular intervals. All this helps the students to stay fit physically and mentally.
