One the world’s most beautiful women, Ash, was battling weight issues post the birth of her daughter. It sure looks like the light-eyed beauty has lost a bunch of weight and is ready to take Bollywood by storm once more. We take a look at two of her smoking hot appearances at the French Rivera. Gold Roberto Cavalli:
Soft feminine waves, bold red lips and a figure-hugging sun-kissed gown. Yes, that’s all it took for Mrs Bachchan to make a style statement on the red carpet. With her accessories kept at a bare minimum and her lipstick being the only highlight, the look was a definite winner. Her flawless make-up, combined with the mermaid details of her dress make this one of her best appearances at the coveted film festival.
This is perhaps the first time everybody is going gaga over her looks. As most fashion-watchers have always found faults with her Cannes appearances before. The Sonams and Freidas can take a break now, Ash is here to rule. We just hope that she keeps the momentum going and doesn’t goof up her upcoming appearances.
Silver Roberto Cavalli:
Ash played it safe by opting for a similar Cavalli gown for her second appearance. While the elegant gown makes her look ten pounds lighter, it’s nothing different from the gold one she sported the other day. The look kind of felt flat, thanks to her earlier dazzling red carpet outing. Even her make-up seemed a tad off, but it doesn’t mean that she didn’t rock the look. She owned it. But our only gripe is with the dress itself, which we wish could have been something more dramatic or bolder.
She upped the accessory quotient this time around, by wearing a pair of long diamond earrings and bangles with her embellished gown. We like, you?
