Writing about anything under the sky makes you feel better- personally, professionally or as a hobby. After all there isn’t anything better than getting paid for what you love doing.
There are times when you simply cannot express what you’re thinking about, even if you feel like talking, the words just refuse to come out. When something like that happens to me, I write and continue writing until I’ve spoken my heart out. But that is something which does not happen all the time. Writing as a profession is a much different thing as compared to writing when you’re low or writing as a hobby.
Writing about anything under the sky makes you feel better- personally, professionally or as a hobby. Depression and anxiety tend to cause reflection, having the same dreary thoughts over and over again. When you begin writing about your life, or take an attempt at an article or essay, you get deeply involved in that thing, and tend to rise above the tension in your life. All in all, the chaotic elements of your life are all there, in your personal diary. You feel relieved when the diary is shut and you walk back.
Writing as a profession gives you as much flexibility as no other profession does. A professional writer more or less has flexible writing hours, can work from different places and does not require a formal dress code. Meeting new people, gaining new experiences in life, visiting exotic places and then penning down all your thoughts, to get paid for that- what more could you ask from life. All you need to have is a creative mind and unique thinking potential.
Because writing enhances your creativity, it is an obvious fact that a good vocabulary helps to get a command over the language you write in. While you write, you explore and getting to know about something new, is always advantageous. Creativity has been proved to have positive effects on health, self esteem and your career. A meditation expert agrees that at times, you just cannot concentrate irrespective of how concentration-helping the surrounding is. At that moment, writing about all your tensions and reason for stress, helps a lot. They says meditation aggravates your writing skills. In real, meditation and writing are both dependent on each other.
Writing is hard work. You need to be calm, patient and creative to create a unique piece. But there definitely are times when the words get stuck and ideas jammed. That is when you should probably consider taking some time off. Let the inspiration strike again and there- you’re back to what you love doing. After all there isn’t anything better than getting paid for what you love doing.
