To help you decide where to eat, while planning a trip to Pune, we list out some of the places which are subtle when it comes to ambience and are budget friendly as well
Had trouble looking for budget friendly places to eat in the sister city(we’re in Mumbai)? To help you decide where to eat, while planning a trip to Pune, we list out some of the places which are subtle when it comes to ambience and are budget friendly as well. Take a look…
Blue Nile, Camp area
Got a thing for authentic Indian biryanis? This place could be perfect for you. Mediumly budget friendly spot, this place could win a competition among the best biryani selling joints in Pune.
George, Camp area
Something close to Blue Nile, this place generally shows up, while you look for the best butter chicken in town. More of a family friendly place; you cannot miss the chicken tandoori served here.
Burger King, Koregaon Park
This famous burger joint had to change its name post the legal notice from the American franchise. However, the fervour for their burger still prevails. King Beef Burger has become a part of Pune food-lore.
Kayani Bakery, Camp
There it is again. No folks, this is not a branch of Kayani’s in Mumbai. Though another dessert serving spot with the same name. Make sure that you taste their Shrewsbury cookies when you visit the place. Also, don’t forget to lay your hands on thir sponge cake. My personal favourite is the vanila flavoured sponge cake.
Kapila Kathi Kabab, Kapila Business Hotel
Fancy rolls in any form? Visit Kapila Kababs, for their succulent egg, mutton, chicken and veg rolls are something you could kill for. With fillings of Indian, continental and Chinese this place serves all sorts of rolls with any sauce of your choice.
Peter’s Pan, Wanowrie
You should NOT miss this place, if you’ve a sweet tooth. The chefs master in dessert culinary skills. So, if you are in this towm or plan a visit, make sure to pay a visit to this place; as their savoury waffles and pancakes if had as breakfast, is going to brighten your day and if not, it’s going to do the same. (wink)
Hope you liked the suggestions. Feel free to mention more budget friendly places you’re aware of. Enjoy!
