Every body wants to lead a happy life but the problem arises when people try and seek happiness out side.
We all have to accept the undeniable fact that you alone are responsible for your happiness.
If you are unhappy then it may be you are too stubborn to change your mind set or in wrong place or dealing with wrong people or accepting the uncomfortable conditions and so on.
Today we have listed out some things and situations that you must avoid like plague to be satiated and happy.
1. Avoid thinking about success, money and materials.

If you are constantly contemplating about career and over all life success, money and materialistic desires then you will always be an unhappy person. Of course you need money and but thinking about it all time is not right! Do your work with enthu and blissfully and these things will follow.
2. Avoid indulging in negative self talk and constant complaining to others.
People won’t have time for you if you are always angry or complaining.- Stephen Hawking
Self defeating self talk and complaining now and then are worst things you can do to yourself. Trust us these habits will severely impact you and bog you down.
Happy people’s vocab is full with positive words and deeper understanding. So if you are on a complaining trip then you must know that destination will not be great one.
3. Avoid Stress
Saying yes to happiness means learning to say no to the things and people that stress you out.- Thema Davis.
Stress will take you nowhere. Period. The thing or situation for what you are stressing over will not change as you over think, so why worry on certain things, right ? Do not take everything way too seriously as this can have negative impact on your mind and body.
And there’s no greater thing than peace of mind and health, yes not even money. If you think stress is inevitable thing and I know many do get stressed up. but you can learn some tricks to avoid or at least reduce. Yoga or meditation is a great idea to shun stress.
5. Avoid over attachment or association with things or people and over expectations.

Nothing is permanent so if you start developing deep attachment for anything under the sun can hurt you as they may leave. Also expecting others to behave the way you want or even expecting things from people you are in relationship can hurt you as people do not change others and surroundings but you can change yourself.
6. Avoid unhealthy life style.

Try and avoid indulging yourselves in bad activities as well as habits as they can deteriorate your mind and health. And unhealthy lifestyle can never make you happy. Happy souls will always make sure that they have healthy mind and health.
If you eat and drink right, you will be energetic and have a blissful and happy life as desired by all.
7. Avoiding holding yourself and thinking much before investing in what you love.

Do not hold yourself, do not fear change, do not limit your beliefs, do not waste time thinking on things that will deliver pleasure to you as life is all about happy and contentment.
When you stop the desire for desires and tweak your life then you will always feel jaded. No one can stop you to achieve what you want when you embrace the new things by coming out of comfort for your goal.
8. Avoid being unhealthy relationship especially romantic relationship.

If you are in a toxic relationship then you have to mend it or break it. Why ? Any kind of unhealthy relationship especially romantic and friendship ones can hurt you and make you dejected.
8. Avoid pleasing every on and leading life as per people or society’s norm.
Trying to please everyone is a recipe for stress, misery and frustration- Unknown.
Do not lead what others expect from you. When you choose to be some one else or disguise yourself and pretend as per society or people surrounded by you, then you always be dazed and unhappy just like a caged bird and sacrifice a happy life that you deserve.
9. Avoid doing everything in a right and ideal way.

No one is perfect and no one should eye for ideal or excellence, we have to accept this.
If you always chase for 100 percent perfection then you will be unsatisfied and feel irritated. Make sure you train your mind to give your best and right always for happy life.
Empty some pockets of your life and soon you will fill them with happiness.
