5 Ways To Recycle Your Old Denims

We all know how difficult it is to keep up with the college trends. More so when you don’t have the budget to spend on clothes frequently. We can empathize with your dilemma of figuring out what to wear for those Friday when your friends make an impromptu plan or those back-to-back parties where you run out of clothes. So, here are the ways you can turn your used denims into trendy hot pants or just change the way they looked within 200 bucks.

 

1)  Pick-a-pocket:

Add some colour and funk to your old denims by ripping the back pockets and stitching back colourful and printed cloth on it.

2)  Print patterns or add bling:

           
Get some motifs and some acrylic colours and nobody will get to know that you are recycling it. You can also add some crystals or rhinestones and dazzle!

3)  Fuse-in shades:

If the fly area of your denims has started to wear-out, fret not! Pick up a shade lighter or darker and fuse two denims together.

4)  A stitch in time:

                      
Don’t discard your jeans if it’s wearing-out from the hip region or the crotch region, just get cute little hearts (or any other shape) embroidered on it.

5)  Little lacy?

If your denims are intact and you are just bored of wearing it for the longest, just cut it. Here’s your pair of new hot pants. Put some trendy lace instead of hemming it and you are ready to rock.
