The babe, of course, as we all know is socially responsible and all, and if you don’t know, she will harp about it like a 100 times on every interview. Just the way she did on Koffee with Karan, and said (with her nose up in the air) that she would love to do some social work…unfortunately that line was transformed into a mere piece of mockery in the Kapoor chick’s selfie video.
Well, the actor loves to taunt and tease; that’s one thing she enjoys from the bottom form her heart. Be it commenting on Deepika Padukone’s fashion sense or calling actors who do art films ugly, Sonam is quite a specialist in touching the raw nerve.
And guess what she did it yet again. While most of the Bollywood actors are off to Tampa Bay for the IIFA awards, Sonam has stayed back only so that she can vote. And kudos to her for doing that; the actor is inspiring the youth in a way and that’s lovely. But someone needs to tell her that actions speak louder than words and there are times you just need to let your ‘noble acts’ do the talking. But instead SK chose the route to rudeness again. She said, “I would rather vote than fly off to Tampa,” of course taking a dig at her filmi friends and foes.
Well, the best part is that she contradicted herself the very next moment by saying that, “from now on I need to maintain a diplomatic silence,” when she was asked about her selfie video going viral.
Now Sonam is definitely one helluva funny chick. And no points for guessing, when she says I need to maintain a diplomatic silence it means I am going to blurt more sh@#…you know what I mean!
