The two are constantly in the news, either for dinning a deux in fancy restaurants or holidaying in exotic places, but they still seem to get some kinda wicked pleasure in playing hide-and-seek with the paparazzi. They did that yet again. The two were recently spotted at Karan Johar’s bash at his residence where even Kareena Kapoor, Siddharth Malhotra, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ayan Mukerji and a couple of other celebs were invited.
Of course the two had to pretend as if they are not together and are all set to go their own ways. Kat looked all chic in a floral dress and the Kapoor kid was seen sporting a casual denim jacket. The actors also attended Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali party together recently. Now that speaks volumes about their relationship already.
But what we fail to comprehend is what’s there to be all hush-hush about the affair. Not just this, whenever the two are asked about their relationship, they refuse to be all sporting about it and refrain from giving a straight answer. Remember how Ranbir showed the middle finger to the paparazzi while he was captured at the airport once – that seemed too extreme a reaction just ‘coz the paparazzi leaked his girlfriend’s bikini clad pics. And Ms Kaif went a step further and wrote an open letter to the media fraternity.
We wonder what’s making the usually nonchalant Ranbir behave this way. There was a rumour hovering around in the air that the Kapoor kid is not contemplating marriage at this point which is one of the reasons he doesn’t want to shout from the rooftops that he’s in ‘lurve’ yet. While we hear the bonding is definitely on in full swing from Kat’s side – she is trying her best to mingle with Ranboo’s family and show the Kapoor khandaan how adaptable she is. She was also seen sharing girly pleasantries with RK’s cousin Bebo at KJo’s party. Well, all we can say is RK and KK should take it easy. The whole ‘don’t print a thing about us’ attitude is a tad too silly…
