Karan Johar seemed to be in an extremely goofy mood while hosting the Anushka Sharma-Anurag Kashyap episode of Koffee with Karan. He was fixed on Virat Kohli and couldn’t stop teasing Ms Sharma like a high-school kid. He blushed more than the Band Baaja Baarat babe while taking his name. And then he made a fun revelation. It seems he and Anurag have been bonding big time lately, so KJo just said in a light-hearted tone that there’s a huge possibility of him and Kashyap dating each other, since Anurag’s relationship with Kalki seems to be in shambles. So KJo’s big romantic idea is that he and Anurag will go on a double date with Anushka and Virat and when asked where, he came up with a witty one. He said CCI would be a great place to hang out. If that’s a spontaneous one, then I must confess I am a big fan of KJo’s cheesy humour.
Even Anurag laughed his heart out at the joke, but I really wonder what was going on in his head. The filmmaker has always been such a private person, sharing zilch detail about his private life with the media, and Karan out here is strewing stuff about Kashyap’s complicated relationship status on national television, and guffawing at the same time. I doubt if Anurag will go on a double date with his new best pal, after that extremely personal dig…I doubt! Karan, time to look for a new beau perhaps!
