In this case, it is all about Mary Kom, the movie!
The latest buzz doing the rounds is how close Sanjay and Priyanka have become. The producer-actress relationship is crossing new boundaries and very soon, Priyanka might become the ultimate manifestation of all creative thoughts brewing in Sanjay’s mind! For now, she has collaborated with Sanjay, the producer, in two of his movies. She did an item song in Goliyon ki Rasleela, Ram-Leela and soon she will be seen in upcoming biopic of ace-boxer India has produced, Mary Kom in the title role!
What next? A role in his next directorial venture, Bajirao Mastani! Three movies in a row, that says a lot about some deep heartfelt association, huh?
For now, Sanjay has been able to walk carefully. His obsession with Aishwarya Rai made him do three films with her, Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Guzaarish. Then it was Rani Mukherjee for a while with Black followed by Deepika Padukone in Ram-Leela and now signed for the title role for his next, Bajirao Mastani. In a way, it could actually prove tricky for him to have both his muses, Priyanka and Deepika working with him together in the same project. Do we expect some fireworks? We sure do! Would there be some fire-fighting? Of course yes, just that all that might not be in public domain, but then who knows? Publicity hungry celebs might try anything and everything to stay in limelight and protect their domains!
Hindi film directors are known to get involved with their actresses. One prime example is Ram Gopal Verma who considered Urmila Matondkar, Antara Mali, Nisha Kothari etc his muses, his inspirations at different points of his career. And soon, just like those beauties, his career was nowhere to be found! These days, Mr. Sanjay Bhansali is seen to be doing things out of his character, like hosting Priyanka’s birthday party at his home. According to sources, he never hosted any party for anybody at his home, ever! Things are changing for sure; we can only wish his career remains on the current track instead of going off-track to oblivion!
