Singh Saab The Great starring Sunny Deol, Amrita Rao and new chick on the block Urvashi Rautela releases on November 22. Sunny paaji is showering blows and tightening his fists in his new film and how! Looks like an absolute massy movie. And what’s in it for die-hard Sunny Deol fans? Well, they get to see the toughie pack some mean punches, create a huge deal of melodrama in typical ‘dhai kilo ka haat’ style and make the villain of the movie (played by the amazingly talented Prakash Raj) suffer in extreme agony.
Bits of the promo bring flashes of Ajay Devgn’s Singham into our minds. And there are also scenes that take us back to the ‘90s – an era when Deol’s resume was filled with a slew of fight flicks (remember Ghayal, Arjun Pandit, Ghatak et al?).
The actor was last seen lounging around in boxers in the promos of I Love NY, co-starring Kangna Ranaut. Although the release of ILNY has been postponed, we are glad to see Sunny paaji get back from his dreamy romantic la-la-land and return to what he does the best- that is beating the gundas black and blue and entertain with his fabulously filmi acting style.
