And now it looks like that the two are in a space wherein they aren’t bosom pals, but aren’t thick enemies either – they are just plain cordial.
The two were in the news for hugging each other at an Iftaar party last year. The paparazzi went ballistic clicking the arch-rivals giving each other the traditional Eid bear hug. Well, history repeats itself.
Salman Khan was the host of Star Guild Awards this year. And even SRK agreed to be a part of the event, despite knowing that Sallu bhai is going to pull off the show on his two strong shoulders. The moment it was announced that King Khan won the best entertainer of the year trophy, everyone seemed to wonder what’s going to happen next. Will SRK greet his nemesis on stage? As the lenses and everybody’s eyes were fixed on the two actors, SRK came up and gave Salman a tight hug and the latter also congratulated him on his win.
It seems Salman also asked SRK to say Jai Ho, to which Shahrukh agreed to within a matter of seconds. Looks like all is well in Khan-land for now; until these two surprise us with something new and astonishing the next time around…
