While the pitch for a face off could be ready if the sizzling trio of Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor were put in a movie, the temperatures are rising even now. Guess why?
Industry reports reveal that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are set to zoom out on a US or European rendezvous. Well, both of them have had chock-a-block schedules in recent times and Ranveer just wrapped up shooting for Kill Dil. Deepika has a slew of flicks, notably Piku, Bajirao Mastani and Tamasha, lined up in the next few months. The last film will cast her opposite Mr. Ex Ranbir Kapoor. While Ranbir plans marriage with lady love Katrina Kaif, Deepika sure could do with some Do the Rex moves with present love Ranveer Singh.
Singh is basking in the new found popularity of his Durex endorsement. Of course, another buzz that needs special mention here is that Ranveer was always keen on breaking his endorsement virginity with something as special as a condom. This reminds us of Deepika’s comments on “Koffee with Karan” about Ranbir Kapoor being a perfect pick to endorse condoms. Whether Ranveer walked into such a deal to prove Ranbir’s stature wrong or to impress his current flame, is something one can barely know.
Ranveer and Deepika have holidayed in New York and the rest of USA earlier as well. After they were back, they sported a lovely glow that we now relate to the Do The Rex symbolisms. Deepika finally seems to have found a stable date who, comes with commitment. The reason behind her failed affair with Ranbir was the latter’s reluctance to commit to her, some say. Whatever be the past, the present seems picture perfect for Deepika. Also, Ranveer seems passionate and very involved with his girlfriend. Perhaps, belonging to non-filmi backgrounds make both of them more suited to each other’s needs and insecurities.
While the vacation destination is yet to be confirmed, Deepika has quipped a confirmation that she needs a long break. And she also hinted that she loves to holiday with close ones rather than alone. This time, she chooses to play safe and says that investing emotionally in a relationship is scary and that she wants to be exactly sure before she admits to her affair in public.
