She takes up running, swimming and riding activities to boost power to the body. She loves eating food and includes sugar,ghee, butter in it. She emphasizes on sleeping for at least 6hours at night and one hour during day time.
Just like Piggy Chops, she consumes food after every 2-3 hours in order to avoid hunger pangs.
