After a great deal of suspense, Salman Khan finally declared the winner on the grand finale episode of the show. Armaan and Kushal twiddled thumbs, a li’l anxious, waiting for Sallu bhai to declare the name of the trophy owner. Khan fooled around for a while and announced once and for all that it’s none other than Gauhar Khan. Even Gauhar’s family was present at the show. Her mom and sister burst with pride and joy. Tanuja was there at the finale celebration as well, rooting her hooting for her li’l bundle of joy Tanishaa. Looking resplendent as ever in a yellow saree, when Salman asked her if she followed the episodes, she said that she saw all of them and whenever her daughter used to cry, she used to break down as well.
The makers tried to give a very filmi touch to the grand finale episode. Flamboyant performances on some Bollywood numbers gave the perfect finishing touches to the ending of the show. Armaan Kohli and Tanishaa grooved to a romantic song and Kushal and Gauhar were seen slipping into a dreamy dance sequence. Elli Avram was desi to the core as she performed to the beats of Hawa Hawai and Sangram entertained the audience with his clumsy dancing..err..or whatever that was!
